Adil Hakim is a graduate of the Florida
Institute of Technology, United States (Bachelor of Aviation Management, 1997) and holds a
Master of Public Administration from the National University of Singapore (2008). With more
than 25 years of experience, he is known as a multidimensional professional who has a strong
track record in corporate management, energy, regional development, and strategic government
communication. Starting his career as a discourse writer on the Special Staff of the
President of the Republic of Indonesia (2008 - 2009), Adil then led various cross-sector
business
entities.
Currently, he serves as President Commissioner at PT Sumber Migas Nusantara and PT
Global Migas Nusantara, which are KSO Pertamina EP partners in managing the Jatirarangon
Block and the Sukatani - Haurgeulis - Pamanukan Selatan Block, Region 2 West Java. Adil Hakim is
also known to be active in various strategic and social organizations. He currently serves as
the
General Chairperson of the Indonesian Community Sports Committee (KORMI) for the 2024 - 2028
period.

Development, especially in the oil and gas and energy sectors.

Triyatna Djajasantosa has worked for more than 20 years in the professional world, especially in
the fields of Corporate Finance, Investment, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and energy and
electricity project development.
His initial experience as a Corporate Banking Officer during the 1998 monetary crisis shaped his
expertise in credit restructuring, strategic financing, and troubled asset recovery. Since then,
his career has developed rapidly in various national and international energy companies,
including Elnusa, Dalle Energy, and Mega Resources Investment.
Born in 1975, this Mining
Engineering alumnus from UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta has built his career from a technical level to
a top managerial position. He is known as a skilled negotiator, strategic in decision making,
and has in-depth expertise in production, operations, drilling, and optimization of oil and gas
facilities.
His career began in 2002 as a Field Engineer at a national gas distribution company. From there,
Bambang continued to climb, filling various important positions ranging from Production
Engineer, Field Superintendent, Field Manager, to General Manager, in various KSO and TAC
entities with Pertamina EP, such as PT. Banyubang Blora Energi, PT. ALT GME Bungalun Kariorang,
to Foster Trembes Petroleum.
One of his important achievements is the success of reactivation and increased production in
several blocks, such as in Jatinegara Field (Bekasi), Trembes Field (Blora), to Kampung Minyak
(Muara Enim), where he produced additional production of hundreds of BOPD and MMSCFD through
workover and development of new wells
Born in Yogyakarta on
September 18, 1954, Yohannes Sri Nirbito is a senior figure in Indonesia's oil and gas industry,
with over 40 years of experience in exploration, development, mergers & acquisitions, and both
national and international energy strategy. A Geology graduate from Gadjah Mada University, he
has played a key role in many major transformations within Indonesia's energy sector.
He began his career as a Data Engineer trainee at Core Lab Jakarta, and advanced through roles
at Atlantic Richfield, Sumatra Gulf Oil, and Amoseas Indonesia. His expertise took him to Texaco
in Houston, USA, where he evaluated oil and gas blocks and conducted regional studies across
Southeast Asia.
As Eastern Indonesia Exploration Coordinator at Amoseas, he led exploration projects in East
Timor and initiated the acquisition of strategic blocks such as Manui and Soe. He also
contributed to a national hydrocarbon potential study in collaboration with Caltex-Amoseas.
At Santa Fe Indonesia / Devon Energy, Nirbito served as Exploration Manager for the Jabung and
Bangko Blocks. Under his leadership, major discoveries such as NE Betara and Gemah were made,
with an exploration success rate of 88%, significantly contributing to Indonesia’s energy
supply.
